How to use ・After press work, set the doctor and clean ink roller with washing solution. ・Reset the ink roller and plate cylinder, then drop "Reform Clean" to the ink roller ; about 10cc-20cc for the small printing press. ・Rotate ink roller for about 5-10 minutes with low speed. ・Set the doctor and clean ink roller with washing solution. ・Resume press work 5 minutes after the above cleaning. Caution ・Please avoid contact with PS plate which is affected by "Reform Clean." |

PC880 is a fountain solution and wetting agent additive which proves effective in improving quality, working procedure of all printings and economical aspect. ・PC880 improves sliding of the paper. ・PC880 reduces dirt by the friction. ・PC880 keeps water absorbency after the dryer passage. ・PC880 is neutral. ・PC880 fits all dampening water. ・PC880 doesn’t change ink levels. ・PC880 doesn’t include a silicon compound. PC880 does not hurt a platinum catalyst. ・PC880 doesn’t correspond to PRTR. At the outset, add PC880 for 1 %~2% against whole fountain solution and wetting agent for removing/preventing static electricity put 1% of PC 880. |
